You agree NOT to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, use automated means to access, collect personal information, impersonate, upload viruses, or engage in any activity that could damage the website.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

For sovereign engagements (Sovereign, Government, Pilot tiers), additional terms apply as specified in the master engagement agreement. Key sovereignty provisions:

Sovereign NLP (no foreign API calls).

10-year minimum support (Sovereign tier).
